Rental Agreement

By booking with Good Time Sign, you are agreeing to our Rental Policy Agreement. This agreement will be in effect from the booking date through the reserved event dates.

Product: Yard Card Sign Rental

Duration: Dates will be selected by customer directly on GoodTimeSign.com.

Included In Price: The price includes the setup and take down of the yard card rental set for the duration selected at booking. Pricing will include the base set (product image), custom messaging, and add-on signage you select.

Yard Preparation: Good Time Sign will only install the signs in a grassy area. This will exclude any mulch or hardpan surfaces. Please complete all yard work ahead of time to prevent damage to signs. Please water your lawn prior to the setup date. For our safety, please ensure all pets are secured away from the sign area during the entire rental period. If there are any above ground structures or subsurface obstacles that we should stay away from, please let us know during the booking process.

Weather: Our yard cards are constructed of waterproof corrugated plastic that will hold up in a rain shower, but we are unable to set up your yard card on extremely windy days or during thunder/ice storms. If we are unable to set up due to bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule, or will issue a full refund.

Setup Time: Good Time Sign will set up either the evening before your booked date or the morning of your booked date between 6am CST - 8am CST. We will send you a text before we arrive and an image of your yard greeting once complete. All rentals will be left for approximately 24 hours for each day that you reserve. We do not need someone to be present during setup or take down of the rental. Please ensure access to gated communities will be granted. If a code is needed, please provide code when booking reservation. Our team will use their best judgment for sign placement in your yard to ensure optimal visibility. If there is a specific location you would like us to place the sign, please let us know when making your reservation.

Restrictions: Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Please do not attach any balloons or anything else to the signs. Balloons can get hot under sunlight and cause damage to the signs. Please do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. Please contact Good Time Sign if the signs need removed early and we will accommodate.

Promotion: Good Time Sign will photograph your sign and share on social media channels. We will also place a small sign next to your display that shows Good Time Sign contact information. Please do not move or remove this sign.

Payments: Payment for your reservation will be due during the online booking process. Your rental dates are not confirmed until your order has been completed. Good Time Sign offers convenient payment options that include most major credit cards and Paypal.

Refunds: If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled event date for a full refund. Any cancellations within this 48 hour period will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Delivery & Setup will be free within a 10 mile radius of the Good Time Sign office (Zip Code 47630).

There will be a $10 delivery fee for yard card rental locations that are 11-20 miles away.

There will be a $20 delivery fee for yard card rental locations that are 21-40 miles away.

Good Time Sign and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

Yard card signs are property of Good Time Sign. You are responsible for any damages during the rental dates.

Please check with your local city hall for law decoration ordinances. Good Time Sign is not responsible for local city ordinances or violations for displays placed in the yard rented.

Customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Good Time Sign and hold its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Good Time Sign Rental Agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his/her sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent.
