Booking Process
What does the price include?
The price includes the setup and take down of the yard card rental set for the duration selected at booking.
Pricing will include the base set (product image), custom messaging, and add-on signage you select.
Where do you deliver?
We try our best to deliver to as wide of an area as possible.
Delivery is free up to 10 miles from our office.
11-20 miles is a $10 charge for delivery.
21-40 miles is a $20 charge for delivery.
Please use the rental location as the shipping address in the shopping cart to find out the delivery charge for your location.
Is there a rental agreement?
Yes - By booking with Good Time Sign, you are agreeing to our Rental Policy Agreement. Please review the Good Time Sign Rental Agreement. A copy of the Rental Agreement will be sent to you via email after the reservation is made.
Can I reserve my yard card rental for more than 1 day?
Yes! At the top of each calendar schedule (product page), there is a drop down menu to adjust the duration of your rental. We offer price breaks based on the number of days of your rental.
Can I put together a custom yard card sign?
Yes of course - Please reach out to McKenna at Sales@GoodTimeSign.com with your request and she will come up with the best solution to fit your need.
Do I need a local permit to display a yard card sign?
Please check with your local city hall for law decoration ordinances. Good Time Sign is not responsible for local city ordinances or violations for displays placed in the yard rented.
I just placed my order. What is the next step?
We appreciate you! You will receive a confirmation of the rental via email along with our Rental Agreement. Please double check the notes with your rental to ensure we have everything correct including spelling, ages, and rental dates.
What is your refund policy?
If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled event date for a full refund. Any cancellations within this 48 hour period will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Day of Event
How should I prepare my yard prior to the event date?
Good Time Sign will only install the signs in a grassy area. This will exclude any mulch or hardpan surfaces. Please complete all yard work ahead of time to prevent damage to signs. Please water your lawn prior to the setup date. For our safety, please ensure all pets are secured away from the sign area during the entire rental period.
If there are any above ground structures or subsurface obstacles that we should stay away from, please let us know during the booking process.
Will you set up in inclement weather?
Our yard cards are constructed of waterproof corrugated plastic that will hold up in a rain shower, but we are unable to set up your yard card on extremely windy days or during thunder/ice storms. If we are unable to set up due to bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule, or will issue a full refund.
What time will you set up my yard card rental?
Good Time Sign will set up either the evening before your booked date or the morning of your booked date between 7am CST - 9am CST. We will send you a text before we arrive and an image of your yard greeting once complete. All rentals will be left for approximately 24 hours for each day that you reserve.
We do not need someone to be present during setup or take down of the rental.
Am I responsible for any sign damage?
Yes, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing signs. Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
May I attach balloons to the yard cards?
No - Please do not attach any balloons or anything else to the signs. Balloons can get hot under sunlight and cause damage to the signs.
